American Hero Restaurant provides restaurant information and online ordering services through its website.
Online orders placed through our website are currently available for pickup at our restaurant.
We do not currently provide delivery through our online ordering system.

Customers may place online orders without creating an account. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate
information necessary to process and fulfill your order.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance until the order has been received and accepted by our ordering
system.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of item availability,
incorrect menu or pricing information, payment problems, technical problems, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity,
or circumstances affecting our ability to prepare the order.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will take reasonable steps to process any applicable
refund or reversal through the payment system.

4. Menu Items, Ingredients & Availability.

Menu items, descriptions, ingredients, availability, and prices may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate. However, occasional
errors may occur.
Photographs displayed on the website are intended for presentation purposes and may not always exactly represent
the appearance or portion of the item served.
We reserve the right to substitute or discontinue menu items when necessary due to availability.

6. Pickup Orders.

Online orders are for pickup at American Hero Restaurant. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at
the restaurant.
Pickup times provided through the website are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, preparation time,
staffing, equipment, or other circumstances.
Customers should follow the pickup instructions provided with their order.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.
Because food may enter preparation shortly after an order is received, we cannot guarantee that an order can be
changed or cancelled after preparation has begun.
Any refund or credit will be determined based on the circumstances of the order and the applicable payment
transaction.

8. Payments.

Online payments are processed through Authorize.Net, our third-party payment gateway.
You agree that all payment information you provide during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the
payment method submitted.
We do not intentionally store full credit or debit card numbers or CVV/security codes on our website.
Payment transactions are subject to the applicable policies and procedures of the payment processor.

9. Refunds.

Refund requests should be directed to American Hero Restaurant as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds may be considered for circumstances such as:
• Orders cancelled before preparation
• Orders that could not be fulfilled
• Duplicate charges
• Certain order errors
